Terms & Conditions

Drug Receipts is a collection of digital artworks (NFTs) running on the Ethereum network. This website is only an interface allowing participants to exchange digital collectibles. Users are entirely responsible for the safety and management of their own private Ethereum wallets and validating all transactions and contracts generated by this website before approval. Furthermore, as the Drug Receipts smart contract runs on the Ethereum network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

 

This website and its connected services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. By using this website you are accepting sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving Drug Receipts digital collectibles.

 

OWNERSHIP

  1. You Own the NFT. Each Drug Receipts NFT is an NFT on the Ethereum blockchain. When you purchase an NFT, you own the underlying Drug Receipts NFT, the Art, completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Ethereum Network: at no point may we seize, freeze, or otherwise modify the ownership of any Drug Receipts NFT.

 

  1. Personal Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Drug Receipts General Services Inc grants you a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any extensions that you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Drug Receipts NFT / NFT, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Drug Receipts NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Drug Receipts NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Drug Receipts NFT, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Drug Receipts NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Drug Receipts NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Drug Receipts NFT leaves the website/application.

 

iii. Commercial Use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Drug Receipts General Services Inc grants you an unlimited, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based upon the Art (“Commercial Use”). Examples of such Commercial Use would e.g. be the use of the Art to produce and sell merchandise products (T-Shirts etc.) displaying copies of the Art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section will be deemed to restrict you from (i) owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of Drug Receipts NFTs generally, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Drug Receipts NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for their Drug Receipts NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; (ii) owning or operating a third party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of Drug Receipts NFTs generally, provided that the third party website or application cryptographically verifies each Drug Receipts NFT owner’s rights to display the Art for theirDrug Receipts NFT to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the Purchased Drug Receipts NFT leaves the website/application; or (iii) earning revenue from any of the foregoing

Drug Receipts joined the rest of the Non-Fungible Labs ecosystem at FLUF World SXSW as a presenting sponsor of the heralded 3D immersive Fluf Domes. Drug Receipts presented a live DJ set by Dillon Francis featuring animated DRx graphics inside the Fluf Dome, and Drug Receipts founder, Arlo Eisenberg, participated in panels with iconic rock poster artist Jim Evans, and Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda, as well as other Web3 thought leaders.

Samuel Lynne Galleries Exhibit
Samuel Lynne Galleries in Dallas, Texas featured a first of its kind exhibition of Drug Receipts NFTs displayed on monitors in their ground breaking digital gallery room powered by Apollo. The digital NFTs were displayed alongside archival quality framed prints of select Drug Receipts NFTs, as well as brand new works by world-renowned fine art photographer, and Drug Receipts co-founder, Tyler Shields.

Blading Cup 2022
The Blading Cup, held annually in Santa Ana, California is the largest Inline Skating/Rollerskating festival in America. As a presenting sponsor of the Blading Cup, Drug Receipts created a limited line of merch—our very first IRL apparel drop—which sold out onsite, and also released a very special, limited-edition Drug Receipts x Blading Cup Them 909 Skate that was given away to 50 select Drug Receipts NFT holders—our first trait drop!

DRx Travel Co. Hoodie
We chose the biggest NFT event on the planet (NFT.NYC) to launch our first phygital wearable. The limited edition DRx Travel Co. Hoodie (inspired in part by our collaboration with ecosystem partners The Seekers) sold out in minutes, and the animated augmented reality experience, developed in partnership with SNAP, created a stir at NFT.NYC. The omniverse avatar wearable NFT with the IRL claimable hoodie (complete with unique AR experience), ushered in a new era of Web3 fashion and established Drug Receipts as a trendsetting metaverse label.

Trait drops are an important part of the Drug Receipts model. Our ambitious very first trait drop rewarded holders of the "Special Gray Skates" trait with a super exclusive, limited-edition, commemorative Blading Cup Box Set that included a custom pair of THEM 909 skates, a DRx Blading Cup T-shirt, and a Blading Cup tote bag, all in a premium, custom designed DRx box. Another Drug Receipts first! The much heralded Drug Wars is a bracket style, single-elimination competition that rewards creativity and community engagement. A first-of-its-kind competition built around collecting and curating Drug Receipts NFTs. For several weeks all eyes were on Drug Receipts as Drug Snugglers and VIPs from neighboring communities battled it out for prestige and a prize pool worth over $20K.

Skeptics & Sinners
Science & skepticism are important pillars in the Drug Receipts project. We held a unique competition for user generated content based around the skeptical traits in the genesis collection (ECREE candle, Ockham's razor, and Flim-Flam glasses). As part of our skeptical outreach we rewarded all entrants with subscriptions to Skeptic Magazine and we sent a team of Drug Receipts representatives to the annual skeptics' conference held in Las Vegas, CSICON.

Capsule Drop 1 — Halloween Kill Team
Halloween is our favorite holiday. To celebrate we released a limited edition Halloween inspired drop, including a trait claim for holders of the Hockey Mask trait. The Halloween Kill Team drop is an homage to beloved projects from Arlo's past like Senate, GOST, and Franco Shade.
